guida MIUI.EU per Xiaomi MI 5X con ROM fake (bootloader modificato)

Purtroppo talvolta può capitare di acquistare un buon telefono, in questo caso l'ottimo Xiaomi Mi 5x da un venditore "affidabile", nel mio caso italiano, e trovarsi con un apparecchio funzionante al 100% ma con una ROM che non è la sua originale e, a causa del

bootloader modificato, ne limiti e di molto le possibilità offerte dal modding. 

 

Essendo un estimatore dei prodotti Xiaomi, navigando in rete mi sono imbattuto in un caso molto simile al mio. L'utente del forum en.miui.com zsolthajdu ha infatti trovato rimedio a questo tipo di problemi causati sul suo Xiaomi MI 5X da una rom modificata da un venditore che non definirei proprio professionale (secondo me se non avevi la possibilità di vendere un prodotto con la lingua inglese o in italiano dovevi aspettare che uscisse la ROM con la lingua inglese o italiano installata da Xiaomi e non ricorrere a giochini da 4 soldi facendo ammattire il compratore che comunque in questo caso è riuscito a risolvere il problema grazie alle sue capacità).

Visto che parliamo di un telefono che non costa certamente poco, voglio sconsigliare chi non avesse un minimo di pratica col modding a fare quanto tra breve vi descriverò. Intanto prima di cominiciare il nostro amico consiglia di vedere questo video su youtube:

IMPORTANTE: La procedura descritta in questa guida presenta operazioni complesse che, se eseguite in maniera scorretta, potrebbero danneggiare il vostro device. Si consiglia l’esecuzione solo da utenti che abbiano maturato una buona esperienza in ambito modding. Lo staff di GizChina.it non si riterrà responsabile per eventuali danni al dispositivo.

Procedura:

1. Scaricare Mi Flash e il pacchetto della ROM (.eu MIUI 9);
2. rimuovere (se presente) una versione precedente di Mi Flash;
3. installare il Mi Flash scaricato (2017.4.25.0.msi);
4. creare una cartella nell'unità C: denominata 5x;
5. estrarre xiaomi.eu_multi_MI5X_7.9.7_v9-7.1.rar nella cartella che avete creato;
6. rinominare la cartella ROM da "170909_ 小米 5X_tiffany_V7.9.7.NDBCNED_7.1.2_ 纯净 版" a solo "170909";
7. eseguire Mi Flash come amministratore;
8. selezionare la cartella C:/5x/170909;
9. spegnere il telefono;
10. tenere premuto per 10-15 secondi il volume - e il pulsante di accensione (otterrete uno schermo acceso ma nero);
11. collegare il telefono al computer;
12. mettere la spunta su "clean all" in basso su Mi Flash;
13. premere "refresh" e quindi "flash"
14. attendere 130-160 secondi;
15. attendere che il telefono venga riavviato;
16. ora hai ROM MIUI 9 .eu installata sul tuo telefono!

Per finire, voglio precisare che ho scritto solo quello che ho visto nel video e corrisponde esattamente a quello che ho fatto.  

Fate tutto con molta attenzione onde evitare di trovarvi con un pezzo di plastica inutile in mano e fate attenzione a evitare certi venditori. Controllate che sulla pubblicità del venditore ci sia scritto "Global ROM" (per intenderci sono i modelli destinati ai mercati occidentali già con a bordo Google Store e le principali lingue europee.

ottima guida emanuele c ! in sostanza è cio che hai fatto tu per recuperare il tuo mi 5x con rom farlocca giusto ? mi garantisci che funzina ? altra cosa , quando lo riavvii con tasto volume + spegnimento intendi volume giu o volume su ? grazie ! un ultima cosa , la versione della miui che si va ad installare è una weekly con ota attivi oppure una stabile ? bisogna usare per forza quella linkata qui o posso scegliere quella che voglio dal sito xiaomi.eu e flasharla come da guida ?

Ciao, la guida è destinata solo ai Mi 5X con Bootloader fake, per sapere se è il tuo caso segui questa guida: 

Data la particolarità del bootloader le ROM ufficiali non vanno bene, il telefono andrebbe in brick. Questa è una MIUI.eu, quindi una custom, appositamente modificata.

ottimo Emanuele, grazie, proverò al più presto su mio MI5X che da furbone ho acquistato con ROM farlocca 8.5.14.0.0 stabile ...!!!!. Un paio di domande, seguendo questo processo, gli aggiornamenti seguenti sarebbero da fare sempre in questo modo o si possono scaricare le ROM direttamente sul MI5x e poi istallare in Recovery?

Il mio caso è identico a quello che viene identificato come variante A (Tiffany) con la sola differenza che ha la riga (bootloader) crc:1 che nella foto A non è presente.

Il tuo telefono ha il bootloader originale, non serve seguire questa guida (che è pensata per i device con bootloader fake). Ti consiglio di provare a sbloccare il bootloader seguendo la procedura ufficiale, dunque potrai rimettere la ROM stock tramite Mi Flash in modalità fastboot

Grazie Emanuele, in realtà il bootloader credo sia già sbloccato, all'avvio c'è la scritta unlocked sotto il simbolo MI (è affidabile?) in questo caso posso semplicemente installare la ROM come da secondo link che mi hai inviato?

Potrei anche scaricare la ROM in una cartella del MI5X e installare da Recovery ?

Quali conseguenze ci sarebbero se provo a flashare una ROM con bootloader bloccato?

Da quel che mi dici hai già il bootloader sbloccato, quindi puoi tranquillamente mettere la TWRP e quindi la eu

Ciao, se c'è la scritta unlock il bootloader è sbloccato, Se vuoi verificarlo c'è un comando adb per verificarlo

Se installi la TWRP con bl non bloccato , si installa  se intendevi il contrario semplicemente riceverai un errore

È normale, indica che anche parti "critiche" del firmware sono sbloccate e possono essere modificate (normale con bootloader sbloccato).

Buongiorno a tutti e complimeti per il forum.

In pratica mi sono imbattuto in questo forum dove si parla del problema che anche io ho con questo terminale, l'ho preso da un store cinese e mi è stato venduto addirittura come Mi A1, mentre invece è un MI 5x che montava una versione farlocca del firmware del Mi A1 versione 7 Nougat. Il telefono dopo alcuni tentativi per ripristinare il MI 5X originale si è bloccato (purtroppo ancora non sapevo di questa situazione con i venditori esteri),  un conoscente mi ha ripristinato recovery e Fastboot (credo originali) tramite Test Point, purtroppo non si ha la possibilità di andare avanti in quanto mi ha detto che il Bootloader è bloccato e il telefono accetta solo firmware originali, quindi ci vorrebbero mail e password MiUi per riabilitarlo, però dove le vado a prendere visto che il telefono oltre la recovery non va?

Anche tramite cavo EDL non c'è stato modo di bypassare questa situazione di stallo.

Quindi vi chiedo, questa soluzione potrebbe funzionare su questo terminale?

 In teoria un flash in EDL con l'opzione clean all dovrebbe eliminare il blocco account della MIUI, ma non ho mai fatto la prova in prima persona

Finally, I want to clarify that I only wrote what I saw in the video and it corresponds exactly to what I did.  

Do everything very carefully to avoid finding yourself with a useless piece of plastic in your hand and be careful to avoid certain sellers. Check that the seller's advertisement says "Global ROM" (to be clear, they are the models destined for western markets already with Google Store and the main European languages on board.
