nubia Z11: eliminare i problemi di boot di Magisk (sblocco bootloader)

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I am running Official International v ROM 1:20 on Z11, rooted and installed TWRP 3.0.3.

Want to shift to a nougat custom rom. Can I use the procedures on Int ROM directly?

Or Should I install GizROM alfa Nougat and then do the procedure?

Also, please suggest between Mokee 7.1.1 and GizROM 1.7. Looking for near stock experience with loads of customisations.

Thank you

Hi,

this procedure is mandatory to flash any custom ROM that uses Magisk (i.e. RR or AICP), not needed (but highly suggested) for other ROMs.

GizROM 1.7 isn't Nougat, is based on international ROM v1.22 and has a nubiaUI experience. Mokee is AOSP and quite customizable, RR has more customization but less batter life.

Thanks a lot Emanuele C. I downloaded v1.3 of GizROM alfa Nougat and found that OEM unlock option is not available.
Now, downloading v 1.1 .. hopefully things go right. Appreciate your explanation.

Managed to unlock bootloader and got to play with all possible custom ROMs. Could get excellent battery life with RR using AKT from One Plus Xda thread but I could not get VoLTE to work.

So I decided to switch back to International v 1.21 and in doing so, I got into this "Data encrypted" thing on TWRP. I did a factory reset but still its asking me to "wipe data" for every operation on twrp. Any possible solution?

Thanks a lot Emanuele. I ended up flashing Alfa Nougat and then came back to Int V 1.21.

Now I have lost VoLTE . Tried flashing the baseband of 1.22, didn't work. Do you have baseband of Int V 1.20 or anything on which VoLTE works?
